Introducing the sub-zero light refrigerated container
As the name implies, the sub-zero lightweight refrigerated container contains a special refrigerator to keep the ambient temperature below zero degrees. This container is designed and produced in the room industry as a suitable solution for transporting perishable goods or goods that need many colds. In general, this particular container for carrying goods such as meat, poultry, medicine, dairy products, ice cream, and all foods that can spoil at temperatures above zero is produced in the Shayan container group.
Top-zero light refrigerated container
Light refrigerated containers above zero are also designed and manufactured to maintain the ideal temperature for foodstuffs in the Shayan Group. But the difference with lightweight sub-zero refrigerated containers is in the type and temperature of the refrigerator. This type of container is used to transport fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and poultry, dairy products, various medicines, and many perishable foods that do not require sub-zero temperatures or freezing points.
Technical Specifications of Light refrigerated container
As we have said, Shayan company has made the highest quality containers with high accuracy and sensitivity. It is good to know that the technical specifications of the sub-zero and above-zero refrigerated light containers are similar. The only difference is the type of refrigerator and their temperature. Therefore, the following technical specifications apply to both of these containers.
The material body and roof are made of a sandwich panel with a thickness of 8 cm with 0.6 allogenic sheets. Also, the fabric of their floor is made of a sandwich panel with a thickness of 10 cm. It is good to know that their floor has an aluminum rail cover. Their rear doors are double-sided, and their material is made of a sandwich panel with a thickness of 7 cm with 0.6 allogenic sheets. Both of these containers have a very high-quality chassis. The chassis structure and the type and their metal parts are made of ST-52 steel parts and sections. The presence of bent steel sheets with a thickness of 2 mm around their doors has maintained the quality of the product and has a shallow energy loss. Shayan Group has used galvanized steel for the fittings of these products. These lightweight containers are designed for the Nissan car.
Dimensions of lightweight refrigerated container
The sub-zero and top-zero refrigerated light containers are also quite similar in terms of dimensions. The external dimensions of these containers are as follows: length 2.35 meters, width 1.70 meters, height 1.70 meters. But the internal sizes of these light containers are produced as follows: length 2.20, width 1.56, height 1.53. Its gross weight is 3800 kg, and the weight of the room is 600 kg. The chassis weight of both light containers is 1660 kg, which is one of the highest quality in terms of material. But they have a volume of about 5.5 cubic meters.
